Returns/Exchanges
Final Sale: Items discounted at 60% or more are final sale and cannot be returned, only size exchanges are accepted (subject to availability).
Eligibility: Regularly priced items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. If items ship separately, you have 14 days from the delivery date of your final package.
Conditions: Returned items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and undamaged, with all security tags and labels intact. Akris reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Process: Upon approval of your return, Akris will provide a prepaid return shipping label for free return shipping.
Steps to Return or Exchange Items Ordered on Akris.com
- Request a Return Label: Email ecom.us@akris.com to request a return label or use the label included in your original package.
- Prepare Your Package: Place the item, along with the original receipt, in its original packaging.
- Attach the Label: Cover any old address labels with the provided prepaid label and securely seal the package.
- Deliver to UPS: Drop off your return package at any UPS location.
Akris will make every effort to process your return or exchange quickly. You will be notified by email or phone once your return/exchange has been processed. Please note, Akris is not liable for lost, stolen, or mishandled return packages.
Exchanges: Approved refunds for exchanges will be credited to the original payment method. For exchanges, contact ecom.us@akris.com.
Cancellations/Order Modification
To request a cancellation or modification to your order, please email ecom.us@akris.com. Akris will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
Shipping and Delivery
Carrier: All orders are shipped via UPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped. Should there be any unexpected delays, Akris will inform you promptly.
Split Shipments: Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages. If so, you will receive individual tracking emails for each parcel.
Shipping Regions: Akris.com fulfills orders from distribution centers in the US, Europe, Switzerland, and Japan. The following regions are serviced by our online stores:
- US and Canada: Available on our US shop.
- EU and Select Global Regions: Our EU shop or DE shop shops serve Switzerland, the European Union, Norway, Liechtenstein, Great Britain, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan (JP shop only), Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Lebanon, and eight of South Africa’s nine provinces (excluding Gauteng).
Customs: Customs clearance is covered by Akris, even for returns.
Akris may attempt to ship outside these regions upon request. Please contact customer service for assistance with international delivery options.

Customized Items: Shipping & Return
Customized items (such as personalized straps or bags) cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect or order error occurs. Personalized items typically arrive within 3-4 weeks.
Purchasing
Purchases on Akris.com can be made directly or with assistance from our online personal shoppers. Online purchases are available to U.S. and Canadian residents with local shipping addresses. Customers outside these areas may shop in Akris boutiques worldwide.
Legal Purchase Age
If you are under 18, Akris requires that a parent or guardian review the customer service policy and provide written consent for the purchase.
Product Availability
Akris products on the website are subject to availability, and Akris reserves the right to limit quantities. While we aim to fulfill all orders, stock may become unavailable even after an order confirmation. If this occurs, we will notify you, and any payments will be refunded.
Akris is not liable for damages due to late or non-delivery.

Sales tax is calculated based on the destination's state, local, and county tax requirements. Your online total includes estimated sales tax, which will be finalized upon entering your shipping address.
Alterations
Akris offers premium alteration services at select Akris boutiques for items purchased online. Bring your purchase receipt to any eligible boutique in Europe or the U.S. to request alterations:
- Full-Price Items: Eligible for complimentary alterations.
- Discounted Items: Alterations available for a fee.
