2. Return In-Store
Any online order can be returned at any Akris store.
1. Bring the product to the store with the receipt, and the staff will return it for you free of charge.
2. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed. From there, it will take 1-3 business days for the amount to show on your original payment method.
If you would like to exchange your product, the boutique staff will help you choose a different size or style. If you would like to exchange for a new item, you may need to ask for a refund of the original order first, and then make a new purchase in-store.
