Online orders returns, customization of garments as well as personalized appointments in an intimate setting (even on Sundays), are what characterize the luxury service available in selected Akris stores in Europe and the USA.

1. Return In-Store

Any online order can be returned at any Akris Store. 

How?

  • 1. Just bring the product to the store in the original box and the store staff will return it for you free of charge.
  • 2. The refund is done on the spot. The recharge of your credit card will take 1-2 days.

If you would like to exchange your product, the store staff will help you choosing a different size or color. If you would like to get a different article, you may need to ask for a refund of the original order, first, then make a new purchase in store. 

2. Personal Shopping

A Personal Shopper with no waiting time? Book an appointment at one of our stores in Atlanta, New York, Palm Beach, Bal Harbour, Dallas, Houston or Boston to discover the latest collections and timeless Akris Architectural pieces; and receive assistance from our dedicated and qualified staff.

3. Anytime Shopping

Have you ever dreamt of visiting your favorite store late in the evening, on a Sunday, or early in the morning? At Akris you can.  

Book a private in-store appointment outside of normal opening hours: a store associate will be happy to schedule a time slot even during the weekend and assist with any styling needs you may have.

4. At Home Service

Are you an existing customer? You can request a visit to your home address and try on a selection of styles in the comfort of your own home and receive personalized shopping support from a dedicated store associate.

5. Alteration

Did you know that at Akris you can add a finishing touch to your purchase, if it includes pieces from the Current Collection, at no additional costs? We have in-house tailors in New York, Boston, Palm Beach and, in Europe, in London, Vienna, Cannes, Monaco, Hamburg, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt.

6. Never Carry Home A Shopping Bag Again

Visit a store and shop at Akris, and if you’re unable to bring everything home yourself, or if you have other activities where the bags will be nothing but a hindrance, an associate can send your purchases to your desired address.

7. Style Ideas, On Your Doorstep

Are you thinking about a new look but have no time to put it together? Don’t worry, we will send you a personally selected outfit. Our stylist will handpick items so that you look and feel at your best and will send them to you. You only pay for what you keep. Shipping and returns are on us.

Only for customers already registered in the store and previously left their sizes and preferences.

8. Have It Your Own Way

Do you like a specific style but need it in your own color or in a different fabric? Just ask.
