International Deliveries
We offer complimentary shipping on orders USD 600 and up in the USA and USD 1'000 and up in Canada (otherwise a flat rate of USD 20.00 or USD 50.00 for express deliveries will be charged). Kindly note that shipping charges are not refundable in case of a return.
Approx. 3-5 business days from the time you place your order. Please note that orders outside USA or Canada may take longer to ship depending on the country you are in. Orders with more than one product may be shipped in separate parcels with different delivery dates. If you need your order to arrive on a specific date, please contact our customer service and we will try our best to ensure the timely delivery.
Akris.com is based on fulfilment processes based out of the US, Europe, Switzerland and Japan. At the moment we serve the following areas: USA and Canada (only on our US shop).
The following regions are served on our EU shop (English) or DE shop (German): Switzerland, all countries of the European Union, Norway, Principality of Liechtenstein, Great Britain, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan (only on our JP shop), Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Lebanon, Southafrica (8 of 9 provinces - except Gauteng).
Customers in all the above countries do not have to pay customs duties - Akris organizes customs clearance and covers the cost of it (also in case of a return).
We will make every effort to ship to addresses outside of these regions, but we reserve the right to refuse orders there if circumstances beyond Akris' control require us to do so. All packages are delivered to your specified address by UPS within 3-5 business days. (Please note that it may take us longer to ship your order depending on which country you are located in.)

Customs & Extra Charges
If you are shopping in the US, Canada, Europe or Switzerland you are not subject to custom charges.
Customs rules in the other countries can frequently change, causing delays and at times, additional charges imposed by the receiving country. While we take all reasonable steps to comply with general world shipping standards, we may not know the details of additional customs taxes or duties.
What to do if you are charged duty or customs taxes?
Please pay the requested amount, take a photo of the receipt, clearly showing the amount and the payment confirmation. Send us an email at ecom.us@akris.com with the photo and your order number. We’ll send you a refund for the extra charge and send a confirmation email.
