Measure Yourself

In order to select the correct clothing size, we recommend you take the below measurements using a soft tape measure. To get the most accurate measurements, make sure you are wearing tight-fitting clothing. If you do not have a tape measure, you can print a makeshift one here, or submit a request to us here, and we are happy to send you a complimentary one.

Shoulder measurements

For the most accurate results, have someone assist you with this one. Stand up tall with your back straight and your shoulders relaxed. Begin measuring from the outer points of your shoulder bones. Make sure the tape measure lies flat across the front of your body. The tape measure will be bent slightly to match the natural bend of your shoulders.

 2.Bust

Bust measurements

While wearing a bra, wrap the tape measure around your back, under your arms, and across the fullest part of your bust. Make sure the tape measure is straight.

 3.Waist

Waist measurements

Wrap the tape measure snugly around the narrowest part of your waist. Insert your finger in-between your body and the tape measure to ensure that it is not wrapped too tightly around your waist.

 4.Hips

Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips, where your hipbone sits.
